Summer Successes

  • Kelley ran her first ironman (Wisconsin), finishing in 11 hrs 18 min and placing 7th in her division.  She also just PRed in the 10K with a 39:49 (6:25/mile pace)!  Prior to the Wisconsin Ironman, Kelley won (1st female overall) the Kuparisaari Triathlon.

    Yesterday, Kate blasted through the Berlin Marathon, earning a PR of 3 hrs 11 min.  During the summer, she also came in 2nd female overall in the Windrunner 10K and 3rd female overall in the Chicago Lung Run 10K.
     
    Serena won (1st female overall) the Dances with Dirt 50K in Hell, Michigan.  She had previously earned 2nd female overall in the Dances with Dirt 50K in Devil's Lake and 5th in her division (11th in age group including elites) in the San Diego Marathon.
     
    Stephanie Law completed her first event greater than a half-marathon when she ran in the Dances with Dirt 50K in Hell, and placed 4th in her age group.
     
    Janelle placed 3rd in her division (4th in age group including elites) in the San Diego Rock N Roll Half Marathon and 1st in her division in the Avenue of the Giants Half Marathon.
     
    Jordan has placed 3rd in her age group in the Colton's 10 mile off-road race, 1st in the Cane Rum Run 5K, and 4th in the Four on the Fourth 4K.
     
    Niki PRed in the Rock N Roll Chicago half marathon.
